What is HybISS?

HybISS (Hybridization In Situ Sequencing) is a Padlock-probe based assay in which probes hybridise onto mRNA, close by ligation, are amplified by rolling circle and read out by hybridisation with fluorescent probes. It is a powerful technique, but a single design error in one probe can ruin the whole batch. This tool audits every design before you buy or synthesise anything.
